I’ve been going through a lot of , change this last quarter of the year, this Scorpio season really put me in a position where I had to surrender to change. One of the things I’ve adapted is eating better and healthier. Adding breakfast to my lifestyle has been quite the adjustment for me and I know it is for a lot of us.

Ok, let’s make some healthy granola! This is healthy & so delicious, I made it for my sisters & niece last weekend & they LOVED it! I’m telling you my sister asked for the recipe today; I thought “why not share it!”. Add fruits, nuts, seeds etc.

Drink: Breakfast/Brunch | Serving size: 4/5. | Prep-time: 15mins. | Cook-time: 20mins | Total time: 35mins.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Jungle Oats
1 cup organic coconut oil
¼ cup Maple Syrup
¼ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all your ingredients together in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, spray some olive oil on your glass casserole or oven pan, and spread the mixed ingredients together. Place in the oven for about 15 mins until golden brown.
